OVERVIEW

As part of our commitment to deliver the highest performance integrated water treatment solutions, at Parkway, we also provide specialised fabrication related services for a range of industries, with a specific focus on mechanical fabrication for industrial water treatment related applications.

Our fabrication teams work closely with our clients as well as internal Parkway process and project teams, to ensure the fabricated solutions are, i) consistent with client requirements, ii) fit-for-purpose, and iii) are constructible, and fabricated in a manner that simplifies onsite installations.

Workshop activities including the fabrication of process equipment, tanks, piping, structural and safety related mechanical equipment, to meet a diverse range of applications.

Our experienced team of qualified tradespeople perform a range of industry leading fabrication processes, with range of materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, specialty alloys and plastics, including UPVC.

We also specialise in integrating process equipment into various packages, which may involve modularisation in the form of packaged skid or containerised solution (installed into a modified shipping container), to minimise risks associated with onsite installation of process equipment or packaged systems.

In addition to our established workshop at PPS-Darwin, our primary fabrication workshop is located in the South East of Melbourne in Victoria, through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Tankweld.

Tankweld is a leading industrial engineering solutions provider with a rich heritage that dates back to the 1940’s. Tankweld operates through two key divisions, i) Tankweld Engineering, which provides workshop engineering and fabrication related services, and ii) Tankweld Installations, which provides a range of onsite services, including the installation of mechanical and process equipment.
